Get a Sneak Peak of Aleyant’s NEW MIS/ERP Software, PrintJobManager, and Its Updated Features At Upcoming March Webinar

At our March webinar, Ted Vickers, PrintJobManager Product Manager, will give attendees a preview of our new product, Aleyant PrintJobManager™, as well as its integration with Pressero. PrintJobManager is MIS/ERP simplified. It uses a new mobile, cloud-based approach to MIS that includes a fast means of generating market-driven pricing, job management, inventory control, planning and estimating.

The simple setup and use of the cloud-based PrintJobManager enables you to manage your shop from any device. PrintJobManager is a standalone application for estimating, inventory management, shop floor data collection and more. Conveniently, it will also work seamlessly with the award winning Aleyant Pressero™ web-to-print e-commerce and variable data system. While Pressero is not required to use PrintJobManager, product pricing created in APJM can be seamlessly used within Pressero storefronts, eliminating the need to create and maintain separate pricing systems for online stores vs your estimating and job management systems.

We've recently added new features to PrintJobManager since our last webinar. These features include:

-Ability to Quote Multiple Quantities: Quote multiple quantities all in one estimate.

-Ability to Copy User-Defined Production Workflows - Easily copy one of your previously created user-defined production workflows for a new product and quickly make adjustments as need be.

-Copy Jobs and Estimates: Customer recorders are easy to do with this feature. Simply copy a previous job or estimate in PrintJobManager and adjust for a new job or estimate.

-Material Imports: Upload your material lists easily to PrintJobManager via an Excel or CSV file.

-Libraries of Predefined Equipment + Materials - Use pre-loaded, customizable libraries to quickly create pricing questions that anyone on your staff can use to get the correct price and estimate. Or, make your own custom pricing.

Learn more about these features and more at our webinar scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 1 PM CST. Time will be allotted for a 10-minute Q&A session. Space is limited, register here today!
