Veteran Technologist Vivek Mehra Tasked with Bringing More Innovation to Aleyant Offerings

Aleyant Systems, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today announced it has added the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to the company. Industry veteran Vivek Mehra has joined the company in the CTO role.

Mehra has more than 15 years of experience in the technology field across several roles in a variety of companies, including Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Technology, Technology / Development Manager, Senior Technical Architect, Project Lead, Analyst, and Developer. Over the years, he has had hands-on experience in architecting and building distributed systems for a variety of industries, including Printing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing. This breadth of experience across a broad range of industries will ensure that Aleyant solutions are applicable to, and fine-tuned for, print service providers who wish to target specific vertical markets with their services, as well as those who prefer a more horizontal market focus.

Mehra has a proven track record in industry contexts where there is high demand for security, optimization, performance, scalability, and interoperability. He brought his first web-to-print solution to market in 1999. Most recently, he directed development of technology for web to print startup company flozio, where he was responsible for all aspects of the technology, including Network Operations, Systems, Development, IT Financial Management, IT Recruiting and IT Operations. Mehra holds graduate level degrees in Management and Technology.
